T&C Policy

Please read before purchasing wristband: 

1. All official Hull Freshers Week 2025 wristbands and event tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstance. No refunds will be issued for incorrectly purchased wristbands.

2. All official Hull Freshers Week 2025 events are for students from the University of Hull. University of Hull students are permitted to bring up to 2 non-student guests, that they will be responsible for. The University of Hull Student must purchase a guest wristband for their guest and complete information as required including:

Student Purchasers Full Name and Student Number

Full Guest Name and Date of Birth.  

You will need to arrive at the same time as your guest/s and your guest/s will need to provide valid photo ID that corresponds to the pre-registered guest detail information.  

3. Wristbands or tickets being re-sold, or being offered for sale for commercial gain or profit is strictly prohibited and we reserve the right to cancel such tickets without refund and/or refuse entry to the event.

4. Whilst every attempt is made not to, Hull University Students’ Union reserves the right to make alterations to the event or advertised line up, made necessary by unavoidable cause. 

5. All artists are confirmed at the time of going to print, any subsequent changes are not the responsibility of HUSU, however we will endeavour to find an adequate replacement wherever possible.

* IMPORTANT INFORMATION for wristband holders wishing to attend Bongo’s Bingo, in line with Gambling Legislation you MUST purchase a £2 ticket from the Bongo’s Bingo website ahead of the event here.

This is due to a large cash prize being offered at this event. There will be no entry on the door for this event where a £2 ticket hasn’t been purchased in advance.

^ Please be aware that all events have limited capacities, so your wristband will not guarantee entry, we advise that you always arrive early to ensure you are admitted.

" JELLY @ Welly is FREE for wristband holders on Thursdays between 14/09 – 30/10 (not including Halloween events). Mayhem Mondays are FREE for wristband holders from 15/09 – 30/09. For both of these venues you must show your physical souvenir wristband to gain free entry.

6. Once you have purchased your wristband you will receive individual tickets/QR codes for these events. Tickets can be accessed either via your confirmation email, your account under the ‘My Bookings’ section, or via your Master Pass. All tickets and QR codes can be added to your Apple/Google Wallet. For ease of entry and to avoid having multiple tickets, we recommend that you download the Master Pass. The Master Pass gives you access to one QR code that enables you to gain entry to the full week of HUSU Freshers events. You can also add your Master Pass to your Apple/Google Wallet. Please be aware that you will not receive a hard copy of any event tickets.

We will also have a collection point from the Asylum stall at the Freshers Fair on Tuesday 16th September. Please show your wristband collection QR code to collect your souvenir wristband.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT YOUR SOUVENIR WRISTBAND WILL NOT GAIN YOU ENTRY TO EVENTS AT ASYLUM ONLY TO MAYHEM MONDAY @ WATERFRONT AND JELLY@WELLY. TO GAIN ENTRY TO ALL ASYLUM EVENTS YOU WILL NEED TO SHOW YOUR DIGITAL, INDIVIDUAL EVENT TICKET OR MASTERPASS ALONG WITH PHOTO ID ON THE DOOR TO GAIN ENTRY. THE NAME ON YOUR WRISTBAND DIGITAL TICKET AND YOUR PHOTO ID MUST MATCH.

Event Entry Terms and Conditions:

The Venue Management reserve the right to refuse admission and to require any wristband holder to leave the premises.

A valid Student ID Card must be shown on entry.

Over 18’s only, valid photo ID must be provided on entry (Passport, Driving Licence, PASS approved proof of age card)

There will be no pass-outs or re-admissions of any kind.

Please be aware that strobe and/or flashing lights may be in use at these events.

No food or drink is permitted to be brought in to the venue and will be confiscated.

Bag searches and security checks will be in operation.

By purchasing a ticket, you are consenting to photography and filming of the event and the footage to be used by Hull University Students’ Union
