Come join us for committee conference. We will be holding serveral events throughout the week to prepare you for your role as a committee member. Some sessions are manatory so make sure you get your tickets for the sessions you need to attend.

Sessions are:

Student Group Drop-in 31st March 13:00-15:00

• A drop-in with the student group coordinators, come ask for support or ask questions. 
• In the Nest - first floor of Student Central. 

Events and Communications Training 31st March 16:00-17:00

• An hour to go through all the dos and don'ts of running events for your student group.
• Online.

Sports Training 1st April 10:00-12:00

• This is your essential training that all committee members must take part in if you are leading a sports club. 
• In RBB-LTA - Robert Blackburn Lecture Theatre A.

Treasurer Training 1st April 13:00-14:00

• An hour on the basics on how to effectively run your sports club or society finances from budgeting to claims forms. 
• In BR7 - Second floor Student Central.

Sports Documents and Training Drop-In 1st April 16:00-17:00

• A drop in with the Sports coordinator, come ask for support or ask questions.

Societies Training 1st April 17:00-19:00

• This is your essential training that all committee members must take part in if you are leading a hobbies and interest society or an academic and medical society.  
• Online.
