Come Chat with your presidents and your faculty Reps in a fun setting, come along with your course Rep Bingo cards and get your fee hoodie and a Course Rep badge.
All Course Representatives are expected to attend the Course Rep Forum with the president of academic experience who moderates the meeting. The president will share with the rep's progress with his manifesto, and time will be allotted for Q&A. Also in this forum, the president gets feedback from both faculty reps and course reps on the unresolved issues within their faculties and can give further support. The meeting is usually held once a month and lasts for about two hours on a non-teaching day (usually Wednesdays) to enable all course Reps to attend.
The forum will have in attendance other Course Reps, Faculty Reps, students’ voice and influence coordinator (admin staff). We use this forum to announce Course Rep of the month, give out Course Rep hoodies, have some give-it-a-go events, share some meals (Snacks) and have some fun time /networking at the end of the forum.
