The faculty representative will meet with course reps and academic societies within the faculty. This collaboration is to ensure a solid relationship among the Rep leadership hierarchy.
The Course Rep Café aims to increase involvement and students' academic interests within faculties. During the previous academic year, there were instances of low turnout of course reps/student reps in faculty-wide events, student staff forums, low student enrolment in societies, and poor engagement in Union events. The explanations for this may not be farfetched, as some representatives stated that they were unaware of these incidents. Hence the justification for the faculty meetings.
