Ladies Football Taster Session (with Hull University Ladies Football)

WHO?

Hull University Ladies Football will host this taster session.

WHAT?

Participants should wear shorts and a top, astros (trainers if you don’t own astros), water bottle to keep hydrated. It will include beginner exercises and football drills. The session will cater for all levels so don’t hesitate to join in! All levels accepted and the club want everyone to feel comfortable.

WHY?

Taking part in sport and physical activity has obvious physical and mental benefits, but specifically at university, joining a sports team has shown benefits to combatting loneliness, improving concentration in academic work, and encouraging students to remain at university to achieve a qualification. The main aim is to make friends, have fun and to try something new.
