Wanting to try out a fun, new hobby? Or continue a previous hobby here on campus? Pole and aerial fitness are running taster sessions this week, so come along and give it a go!
No previous experience required!
Please wear sports clothes that you feel comfortable in. For pole, this can be either a t-shirt/sports bra and shorts OR a long sleeve workout top and leggings/joggers.
