Ultimate Frisbee Taster Session (with Hull University Ultimate Frisbee)

WHO?

Hull University Ultimate Frisbee will host this taster session.

WHAT?

This session will allow anyone of any level to come and give ultimate frisbee a go. The club will be running drills to get everyone involved and then move on to game play toward the end of the session. Please wear appropriate sports trainers and sport clothing. Please bring water.

WHY?

Taking part in sport and physical activity has obvious physical and mental benefits, but specifically at university, joining a sports team has shown benefits to combatting loneliness, improving concentration in academic work, and encouraging students to remain at university to achieve a qualification. The main aim is to make friends, have fun and to try something new.
