Ultimate Frisbee is a fun, fast-paced non-contact sport — and it’s perfect for everyone!
Whether you’re a seasoned pro or you’ve never picked up a disc before, you’re absolutely welcome to join us.

We’ll kick things off with some throwing practice and a simple introduction to the rules of Ultimate Frisbee, followed by plenty of exciting, easy-to-join games.

Please remember to wear trainers and bring some water. We can’t wait to see you out on the court!
