Volleyball Taster Session (with Hull University Volleyball Club)

WHO?

Hull University Volleyball Club will host this taster session.

WHAT?

This session will allow anyone of any level of volleyball to come onto court and play some volleyball, the club will be running drills to get everyone involved and then move onto games towards the end of the session. Anyone interested in joining us should wear appropriate trainers and sport clothing. Please bring water.

WHY?

Taking part in sport and physical activity has obvious physical and mental benefits, but specifically at university, joining a sports team has shown benefits to combatting loneliness, improving concentration in academic work, and encouraging students to remain at university to achieve a qualification. The main aim is to make friends, have fun and to try something new.
